STEMAspire

End date 01/01/2022

Our pledge

The main objective of STEMAspire is to empower female students in higher education within science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines by developing their skills and confidence to facilitate their education and career journeys.

Our initiatives

The programme connects female higher education STEM students with female mentors at Dell. The mentoring program has been active since 2018 involving over 118 students from universities in the UK, Ireland & France — 20 of whom have gone on to work at Dell Technologies, with a view to being expanded to other sites in the EU this year. We are also collaborating with our partners and customers to scale the programme to meet the very real need of keeping girls in the STEM talent pipeline.
