This Joint Research Centre's (JRC) Report aims at supporting policy initiatives to ensure the availability of adequate advanced digital skills in a number of IT domains (including artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), and cybersecurity) in the EU Member States.

By making use of the Techno-Economic Segments (TES) analytical approach developed under the PREDICT3 project, the study collects data and builds quantitative indicators to provide a mapping of digital skills in the mentioned technological domains from two complementary perspectives: the existing academic offer of Bachelor and Master programmes, and the industry activity in the referred fields (giving indications about the type of profile specialisation the industry may need).
