The study analyses the skills challenge for advanced technologies in the EU and other global competitors in particular for the six selected sectors: automotive, agri-food, medical devices, chemicals, textiles, and electronics.
The publication reviews the European policy framework supporting high-level technology skills and provides examples for sectoral skills initiatives at the national level. This research is based on the analysis of LinkedIn data and comprehensive desk research.
