DigCompSAT Report (2020)

The European Digital Framework (DigComp) was originally developed by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) in 2013 to identify and define the digital competence that is relevant for all citizens who live and work in Europe today.
The Digital Competence Framework Self-Assessment Tool (DigCompSat) project was launched in this context to design an Item Bank of questions covering all 21 competencies of DigComp (the 2.1 version) to be used in a self-administered test.
This report aims at describing this project, presenting the methodology applied as well the main challenges and key lessons learnt throughout the different project steps.
