The purpose of this paper is to establish a corporate European Training Foundation's (ETF) position on digital skills and competence and to discuss the opportunities and challenges of digital and online learning in vocational education and training.
The report suggests a direction for a strategic approach to these emerging policy areas and concrete actions that may be implemented by the ETF.
The publication is available in three languages, namely English, French, and Russian.
