E-skills and open data (2020)

This report aims at answering the question of which skills needed to work with Open Data.
Based on extensive desk research and interviews, the research identifies the required skills in the field. It concludes that analytical, statistical, and technological skills are needed, next to communication skills and domain knowledge. The publication also addresses the gap between e-skills demand and supply sides and makes several recommendations on closing it.
