The high-level meeting on digital learning and skills for all will bring together Heads of State and Government to discuss digital learning and skills for all. This event is organised by the UN Secretary General, the Government of Bangladesh, UNESCO, UNICEF and Generation Unlimited to mark the launch of a new effort with nine of the world's most populous countries in the world (Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Nigeria, and Pakistan) aiming to leverage education for a better recovery from the COVID19 pandemic and reaching the promise of the Sustainable Development Goals. In line with the 2020 Global Education Meeting Declaration, this new initiative will strive to expand access to digital learning and skills for all in each of the nine countries. Additionally, this initiative will see countries share their road maps for progress and investment needs in this area and have a number of partners join and indicate how they can accompany and support governments in this regard.
Speakers will be from governments as well as the private sector. Registration is required.
