EU Interoperability Academy: Innovative Public Services (Knowledge Exchange)

As part of the Digital Europe Programme (and former IS² programme), the EU Academy is running the Interoperability Academy supporting Digital Skills for the Public Sector. In the framework of this initiative the EU Academy launched the The 'Innovative Public Services: Knowledge Exchange' course. This course analyses the landscape of technology-enabled innovative public services in Europe today, based on an extensive collection of cases studied by the Innovative Public Services (IPS) Observatory, which aims to extensively share the knowledge on the subject.
Details of the course
The course is intermediate level and presents the participants with a case collection containing over 330 cases of public services that use new technologies such as API (Application Programming Interface), Blockchain and DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology), IoT (Internet of Things) and Artificial Intelligence. The course is aimed primarily at policy-makers (EU, National and local levels), public services providers and innovation stakeholders.
The course has a very practical approach that will allow students to quickly learn from use cases of emerging technologies to support Innovative Public Services. Also, participants will have the chance to interact during the live course with the presenters of the webinar and ask questions. Despite the webinar format, course materials can be accessed at any point, from anywhere, making in accessible and flexible.
