The Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity (LHC) stands as the cornerstone of cutting-edge cyber resilience in Luxembourg, committed to harnessing and advancing innovation, competencies, collaboration, and capacity building. Functioning as a central hub, the LHC accommodates a diverse array of cybersecurity-related activities, hosting two prominent centers, namely the Computer Incident Response Center Luxembourg (CIRCL) and the National Cybersecurity Competence Center (NC3).

With an overarching vision to position Luxembourg as a trailblazer in the open cybersecurity data economy, the LHC is dedicated to supporting and serving various sectors such as health, research, industry, citizens, defense, municipalities, education, and more. The LHC, in collaboration with its hosted centers and partner organizations, plays a pivotal role in fostering a secure digital landscape for the nation.

Services

The Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity offers a range of services aimed at enhancing the cybersecurity ecosystem:

  • Luxchat: A free-of-charge service catering to cybersecurity professionals, Luxchat serves as a platform for communication and collaboration within the Luxembourg cybersecurity community.
  • Cyber Desk: Whether seeking assistance, guidance, or engaging in discussions on cybersecurity-related projects, individuals can connect with relevant experts through the Cyber Desk service.
  • Community Meet-up: LHC provides event space, available upon reservation, to host community meet-ups, fostering networking and knowledge exchange among cybersecurity enthusiasts.
  • ROOM#42: An innovative cyberattack simulation, ROOM#42 challenges participants to manage a cyber crisis within a limited timeframe, enhancing preparedness and response capabilities.
  • Testing Lab: The fully equipped testing lab is dedicated to experimenting with and discussing ideas, tools, and solutions under the guidance of cybersecurity experts.
  • International Standards Lecture Station: In collaboration with the Luxembourg Institute of Standardisation, Accreditation, Safety, and Quality of Products and Services, LHC hosts an International Standards lecture station, enabling stakeholders to consult national, European, and international standards, thereby contributing to the development of robust cybersecurity practices.
