Diginno Tool - SME Digital Maturity Recommender

The SME Digital Maturity Recommender was developed within the framework of the Diginno initiative, launched with the support of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia and coordinated by the Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association (LIKTA). Targeting management-level workforce within small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), the Diginno tool measures digital maturity across 10 business dimensions:
- Digital transformation and competition
- Financial data management
- Human resources environment
- Customer relationship management
- Resource management
- Communication and customer relations
- Digitalisation of processes
- Security policy and practices
- Digitalisation in production
- Innovation and growth perspectives
Based on methodology developed by LIKTA as part of the Gudrā Latvija (Smart Latvia) initiative, the SME Digital Maturity Recommender serves to offer insight to businesses when it comes to digitalisation, upskilling and reskilling. Upon completion, the Diginno tool generates tailored recommendations to guide companies and help them adapt to the digital transformation. Users also receive tips on how to initiate an internal discussion on the topic of digitalisation and its importance for organisational strategy. In addition, the SME Digital Maturity Recommender Tool helps managers, directors and heads of SMEs to understand where their company stands in comparison to others and invest in sustainable upskilling workforce programmes.
