Πολυμορφία, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ισόρροπης εκπροσώπησης των φύλων, του εργατικού δυναμικού στον κυβερνοχώρο.Στρατηγικές των κρατών μελών και των δημόσιων αρχών εν γένει για τη βελτίωση των δεξιοτήτων στον κυβερνοχώρο.Στη συνέχεια παρέχονται ορισμένες πληροφορίες σχετικά με τις πτυχές αυτές. Εάν θέλετε να προτείνετε οποιαδήποτε άλλη σχετική πληροφορία σχετικά με τις εθνικές στρατηγικές ή πρωτοβουλίες σχετικά με την πολυμορφία όσον αφορά τις δεξιότητες στον κυβερνοχώρο, στείλτε μας την πρότασή σας εδώ.Δεσμεύσεις για τις δεξιότητες στον κυβερνοχώροΥπάρχουν ήδη αρκετές δεσμεύσεις για την κυβερνοασφάλεια στο τμήμα «Δεσμεύσεις» της πλατφόρμας για τις ψηφιακές δεξιότητες και θέσεις εργασίας.Ωστόσο, οι συγκεκριμένες δεσμεύσεις προς την Ακαδημία δεξιοτήτων στον τομέα της κυβερνοασφάλειας πρέπει να πληρούν τρεις προϋποθέσεις για να ληφθούν υπόψη στο πλαίσιο της Ακαδημίας:Συμμόρφωση με τις γενικές απαιτήσεις για τις δεσμεύσεις της πλατφόρμας ψηφιακών δεξιοτήτων και θέσεων εργασίας.Εξηγήστε, επιπλέον, τον προγραμματιζόμενο ή επιτευχθέντα αντίκτυπο της δέσμευσης όσον αφορά έναν ή περισσότερους από τους έξι ακόλουθους στόχους σύμφωνα με τους στόχους της Ακαδημίας: — Αύξηση του αριθμού των ατόμων με δεξιότητες κυβερνοασφάλειας στην ΕΕ. — Αύξηση της πολυμορφίας των ατόμων με δεξιότητες κυβερνοασφάλειας, ιδίως του ποσοστού των γυναικών. — Να ευθυγραμμίσει την προσφορά και τη ζήτηση δεξιοτήτων κυβερνοασφάλειας στην αγορά εργασίας, μειώνοντας έτσι τα κενά σε ορισμένες απαιτούμενες δεξιότητες. — Παροχή των δεξιοτήτων που απαιτούνται για την εκπλήρωση των νομικών απαιτήσεων και των απαιτήσεων πολιτικής στον τομέα της κυβερνοασφάλειας σε επίπεδο ΕΕ (π.χ. η οδηγία NIS2, ο κανονισμός DORA και η προτεινόμενη πράξη για την κυβερνοανθεκτικότητα) ή σε εθνικό επίπεδο. — Βελτίωση της προβολής και των συνεργειών μεταξύ δημόσιων και ιδιωτικών πρωτοβουλιών για τις δεξιότητες κυβερνοασφάλειας. — Βελτίωση της συγκρισιμότητας, της διασφάλισης της ποιότητας και της πιστοποίησης των δεξιοτήτων κυβερνοασφάλειας. Να επικαιροποιεί τη δέσμευση τουλάχιστον κάθε 6 μήνες, αναφέροντας τι έχει επιτευχθεί κατά την περίοδο αυτή όσον αφορά τους έξι ανωτέρω στόχους και, κατά περίπτωση, επικαιροποιώντας ή αναπροσαρμόζοντας τη δέσμευση.
