Advance Station is the digital skills and innovation training hub of Instituto Unicenter, a DGERT-certified training entity based in Portugal. Our flagship initiative, "Generation Future: AI and Technologies for Young People," is a comprehensive 36-month programme for young people aged 11 to 18, structured across 21 progressive modules in three annual cycles.
Through our proprietary 30-90-90 Live Training protocol — combining asynchronous preparation, synchronous sessions via Google Meet (groups of 8-15), and post-session enrichment — we transform young people from passive technology consumers into active, critical digital citizens.
Our curriculum covers AI fundamentals, computational thinking, programming (Scratch, Python), robotics, generative AI, cybersecurity, data visualisation, machine learning, entrepreneurship, and design thinking, with ethics as a transversal axis aligned with UNESCO's Recommendation on the Ethics of AI and the AI4K12 framework.
In partnership with A.I.L.E. (Associação Internacional Lusófona para a Educação), we are building a scalable model for AI literacy across Portuguese-speaking communities.
