Our pledge

Febelfin pledge

As the Belgian Financial Sector Federation, Febelfin commits to actively contributing to reducing the digital skills gap in Belgium and Europe. Building on its core activities, Febelfin pledges to promote financial and digital literacy for all, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups such as young people, seniors and individuals with limited digital skills.

Through awareness campaigns, educational initiatives, partnerships with schools, civil society and public authorities, and sector‑wide collaboration, Febelfin will support the development of basic digital skills, raise awareness of online safety and fraud prevention, and help ensure that digital financial services are accessible, inclusive and safe for everyone.

This commitment is made in good faith and free of charge, contributing to the objectives of the EU Digital Decade.
