DNSC Digital Vigilance Test: Check your cybersecurity knowledge

The National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC) provides citizens with an interactive digital awareness test available on the dnsc.ro platform. The tool includes 10 interactive challenges that help users identify deepfakes, phishing attempts, vishing and online fraud, providing detailed explanations for each scenario.

The initiative comes in a context where Romania is facing a growing number of cyber threats, including ransomware attacks on critical infrastructure, scam campaigns and DDoS attacks on government websites. The DNSC underlines that “a safer digital environment starts with each of us” and that individual vigilance is key to strengthening the digital ecosystem.

DNSC recently participated in the 8th edition of the Cybersecurity Forum 2026, held on 16 March at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, where director Dan Câmpean presented the institution's priorities in cyber incident prevention and response.

The test on cyberwatch.ro is free, accessible to everyone and is an important first step for anyone who wants to evaluate and improve their online behaviour.
