Fundamentals of Data Analytics in the Public Sector with R

Details of the course

By following this course participants will learn how to use the R programming language to gather, manipulate, analyze, visualize, and interpret data. They will also learn to identify and address common political and ethical challenges in data analysis, and interpret data to inform public policy and public administrative functions using hands-on activities with real-world data sets. 

By the end of the course, students will have developed their own custom functions and used them to analyse population data, which is frequently used in analytics for the public sector.
