Regulatory compliance - Cyberpro Train

The course aims to provide a solid foundation in regulatory compliance, with a focus on ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards. Participants will learn how to build and maintain a compliance program, implement internal controls, and understand the legal and regulatory landscape.

Main objectives and outcomes

The main objectives of this course are to

• Understand the purpose and scope of regulatory compliance; distinguish compliance from governance and risk management.
• Gain familiarity with the structure and key clauses of ISO/IEC 27001; understand how related standards contribute to an integrated management system.
• Gain familiarity with the structure and key clauses of NIS2; understand how related standards contribute to an integrated management system.
• Learn the structure and clauses of the main EU regulations on cybersecurity.
• Explore how to conduct internal and external audits and track compliance through measurable indicators and standardized procedures.

Upon completion, participants will be able to understand regulatory compliance (NIS2 – DORA) and identify lawful grounds for data processing. The course issues an open badge with the acquired skills.
