University Carlos III of Madrid (UC3M) is a public university located in Madrid, Spain.

Established in 1989, UC3M is an institution with a distinctly international profile, which promotes excellence in research in a range of subjects. With nearly 20% of international students, the university offers educational programmes on a masters and bachelors level in English. 

The University Carlos III of Madrid has a strong focus on business subjects and a special focus on Economics. Other programmes of admissions include: Business, Law, Political Science, International Studies, Accounting, Journalism, Biomedical Engineering, and others. 

UC3M also actively participates in upskilling and reskilling programmes in education and aims to facilitate access to employment and the development of digital competences. It collaborates with other public institutions and training providers to offer free, online courses on emerging technologies and digital skills through popular open learning platforms.
