Skills4Deca equips professionals in the housing decarbonisation sector of the Baltic countries with advanced digital skills, even for those without a digital background. By integrating micro-learning modules and digital content into existing bachelor’s and master’s programs at three universities, the project strengthens the digital competencies of housing managers, engineers, auditors, and designers, supporting a greener and more sustainable built environment.
