Placed under the authority of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy, ADEM's headquarters is in Luxembourg-City, with regional agencies in Diekirch, Esch-sur-Alzette, Differdange, Dudelange , Wiltz and Wasserbillig.ADEM's role consists in particular of registering unemployed people as job seekers, determining their rights to compensation, paying them their allowances and allowing them to benefit from the measures it puts in place to promote their return to the labor market.
