The Working Group on Equal Opportunities (AKC) of the German Physical Society (DPG) promotes gender equality and diversity in physics and STEM fields. We run outreach programs such as "Fascinating Science! STEM Role Models," which connects school pupils and university students with female role models in ICT and quantum technologies through webinars, hands-on labs, and industry partnerships. Our evidence-based work informs policy to build inclusive digital careers.
