Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITL)

ITL is a network for collaboration among IT companies, formally known as the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications (officially abbreviated as ITL). The association brings together Estonian companies that develop or provide digital technologies and services. It fosters cooperation between the private and public sectors, with a vision of a smart Estonia.

Its goal is to represent its members’ interests and support a competitive business environment, as well as the effective functioning and development of a digital society.

The main priorities for 2023-2025 are:

• Digital economy
• E-state and information society policy
• Education, labour and R&D

The long-term vision paper of the ITL Smart Estonia 2035 describes how brave changes can create better opportunities for everyone in Estonia. The vision is supported by three pillars:

• Smart and brave economy;
• Smart people;
• Smart state with a vision.

To better represent members intrests, ITL is a member in the following organiszations – DigitalEurope, Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Estonian Employers’ Confederation and Estonian Taxpayers Association.
