The Human Development Research Initiative (HDRI) is a Paris-based, national youth-led research and policy-oriented civil society organisation (association loi 1901) founded in 2016. With over 200 members across all 27 EU Member States, HDRI conducts policy research and advocacy across five thematic pillars: Environment, Climate & Energy; Migration & Security; Global Health; Gender Equity; and Economic, Social & Cultural Rights. HDRI engages actively with EU institutions and the Council of Europe on youth participation and digital inclusion.
