About us

Over a period of 20 months, LEADS has been dedicated to identifying the challenges and opportunities associated with developing Advanced Digital Skills in Europe. Building on this foundation, LEADSx2030 now extends the initiative’s reach and impact.

LEADSx2030 aims to enhance the benefits of investments made through the DIGITAL Programme SO4 by leveraging data, knowledge, networks, and communities.

Who we are

LEADSx2030 will leverage data, knowledge and networks to deliver on the ambitions of the Digital Decade. It will coordinate the SO4 ADS Cluster of the DIGITAL Programme ad distil relevant insights to promote its successful development and formulate recommendations for driving excellence and specific inputs for policy actions.

LEADSx2030 builds on existing progresses achieved by the consortium and their partners. Due to this evolving environment, LEADSx2030 will provide up-to-date and leading-edge knowledge and insights to support the success of the DIGITAL SO4 and work towards the ever-changing digital decade that lies ahead.

Objectives

• Provide continuous review of demand and supply changes related to ADS through an open and integrated market hub
• Provide specific mapping of the outputs of the DIGITAL SO4 funded actions to identify key results and success stories across key themes and provide integrated datasets across the whole cluster
• Develop further the DIGITAL SO4 funded actions into a dynamic and connected network of actors to support their success, promote best practices and drive excellence across the board.
• Develop the European network of actors around the DIGITAL SO4 ecosystem and provide opportunities for synergies across initiatives
• Provide a targeted analysis, actions ad recommendations to support the delivery of the strategic policy objectives and widespread recognition of the Digital SO4 successes.
