The vehicle rental sector in Europe is still largely operated through paper contracts, spreadsheets and manual processes, particularly among small and medium-sized operators. Lexio's platform digitalises these core operations: fleet planning, photo-based vehicle condition reports with digital signature, automated contract generation, and electronic invoicing compliant with the incoming French e-invoicing mandate (Factur-X).

Beyond the software itself, adopting these tools requires rental operators and their staff - often with limited prior digital exposure - to build practical digital skills: working with cloud tools, digital documentation, data-driven fleet management and regulatory e-invoicing.
