Lithuanian National Digital Coalition

The National Digital Coalition (NDC) in Lithuania aims to promote digital skills and ICT competencies to address the shortage of IT professionals and boost youth employment. Formed in 2013, NDC partners with education, government, and businesses to foster digital literacy, improve ICT infrastructure, and increase public awareness of digital skills' importance. Their goals include integrating ICT in education, reskilling professionals, and enhancing collaboration between sectors. NDC also supports the Digital Agenda for Europe and Lithuania's digital growth initiatives.
