This includes issues relating to economic policy, business development, location development, and technology and innovation policy.The climate-neutral transformation of the economy is also a key area of responsibility. This involves linking climate protection, industrial development and regional planning.Energy and DigitalisationIn the energy sector, the Ministry focuses on the expansion of renewable energies and the further development of the energy system. Innovation and technology-driven progress are intended to support the energy transition.Furthermore, digitalisation, start-ups and services form part of its remit.
