Roma Entrepreneurship Development Initiative (REDI International) is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to advancing the economic inclusion of Roma communities across Europe. Headquartered in Belgium and operating in multiple countries, REDI supports Roma entrepreneurs through access to finance, business development services, and digital skills programmes.
Since 2016, REDI has built a comprehensive ecosystem combining microfinance, technical assistance, and capacity-building initiatives to help Roma entrepreneurs start, formalise, and grow sustainable businesses. With a strong focus on women and underserved communities, REDI works to reduce barriers to financial inclusion, promote entrepreneurship, and foster long-term economic resilience.
Through its regional network and partnerships with European institutions, development banks, and local organisations, REDI is driving systemic change by creating pathways for Roma participation in the formal economy and the digital age.
