The Slovak Digital HR Association is a professional organization focused on the digital transformation and innovation of human resources. It connects HR professionals, technology partners, startups, academia, and public sector stakeholders, as well as experts in legal and regulatory frameworks, to develop modern and practical digital HR solutions.
The association develops its own Digital HR ecosystem ©, covering the full employee lifecycle and integrating technologies such as AI, automation, data analytics, and compliance with relevant legislative frameworks. It has also created the first XR Recruitment Centre.
It builds digital platforms and working groups to foster knowledge sharing and innovation, while actively bridging cooperation between the public sector, private sector, academia, and startups. As part of the Global Digital HR initiative, it contributes to shaping standards and advancing collaboration in digital HR across Slovakia and Europe.
