The association also serves as a platform for HR organizations, companies, entrepreneurs, and authorities who want to contribute to the development of the labor market.The association's goal is to promote a sustainable and serious labor market with a focus on how technological development can support and drive the Swedish labor market into the future. Swedish JobTech is independent and separate from all players and strives to establish collaborations with other actors. Among other things, the association supports the Employment Service's investment in a digital ecosystem.Swedish JobTech was founded in 2019 with the establishment of a board and the implementation of several events. The same year, the first partners/members came on board, and the association continues its work to drive the development towards a more digitized and data-driven labor market.
