Ukrainian Community Foundation is a non-profit organisation established in 2018, focused on social innovation, digital inclusion and support for vulnerable groups, including refugees and people with disabilities. The organisation provides legal and advisory support to migrants in Poland, delivers language and integration programmes, and implements EU-funded projects, including LanGuide (Erasmus+ Good Practice).. Since 2022, it has also coordinated humanitarian aid exceeding €200,000 (audited by PwC Poland).
