Ženský algoritmus (Female Algorithm) is a Slovak non-profit organization and social innovation hub focused on empowering women and girls in technology, digital skills, AI literacy, leadership, and the future of work. Since 2020, we have designed and delivered educational programmes, mentoring initiatives, online academies, career guidance activities, and ecosystem-building projects that help people adapt to rapid digital transformation and build sustainable careers.
Our work combines digital education with inclusion, employability, and confidence-building. We focus especially on women entering or returning to the labour market, young people exploring STEM pathways, underserved communities, and professionals impacted by technological change and AI disruption.
