Matchmaking event for the 9th round of the Advanced Digital Skills Call for Proposals

The European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) has launched the 9th Digital Europe Call for Advanced Digital Skills (DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-09) under the Digital Europe Programme to fund projects that strengthen advanced digital skills in line with the EU’s Digital Decade and Competitiveness Compass goals.

Info Day and Matchmaking Event 

On 1 December 2025, the Digital Skills and Jobs Platform, on behalf of the European Commission, hosted the Info Day for the 9th Digital Europe Call for Advanced Digital Skills (DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-09) under the Digital Europe Programme. The Info Day provided an overview of the calls:

• DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-09-LEAGUE-OF-ACADEMIES ELEVATE: European League of Advanced Digital Skills Academies (ELEVATE) aims to establish a coordinated European framework that connects initiatives in AI, Cybersecurity, Quantum, Virtual Worlds, and Semiconductors.
• DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-09-COMPETITIONS  European Advanced Digital Skills Competitions, designed to inspire and engage young Europeans in cutting-edge digital technologies through a series of six competitions — in AI, Virtual Worlds, Quantum, Semiconductors, the Destination Earth initiative, and one additional area chosen by the consortium.

Followed by a presentation on the organisation registration process, legal validation and financial capacity assessment, as well as guidance on submitting your application and understanding the evaluation and award criteria.
