Gen AI Leadership Forum 2026 – Driving Transformation in the Intelligence Economy

On Location

Athens will host on 21 and 22 October 2026 the second edition of the Gen AI Leadership Forum, one of the most important conferences of the Disrupt (AI) Summit Series 2026. The conference will take place at the premises of OTEAcademy and aspires to become a reference point for executives planning the strategic use of Artificial Intelligence in their businesses. The event is organised by the Product-Led Hub.

The Gen AI Leadership Forum focuses on the transition from a theoretical understanding of AI to its effective application at the organizational level. The key message of the event is that the competitive advantage no longer results from simple access to AI tools, but from a company's ability to use them effectively and on a large scale.

The conference is aimed primarily at CEOs, C-Level executives, Vice Presidents, entrepreneurs, founders and investors, as well as those involved in the design of digital transformation and business strategy.

Thematic Units

The programme is organised around three main themes:

  • Leadership – Orchestrating the Enterprise. Designing and scaling up intelligent businesses, where AI is not just a function, but the foundation of how modern organizations think, make decisions and operate, as AI evolves from productive intelligence tools to autonomous agents.
  • Economics – Building the Intelligence Economy. How Artificial Intelligence is reshaping global markets and the logic of value creation, where capital, capabilities and timing converge, turning intelligence into sustainable growth, sustainable competitive advantage and long-term returns
  • Transformation – From Adoption to Embedded Systems. The strategy is combined with practical academies and Gen AI bootcamps, which transform the initial adoption of AI into fully integrated organizational capabilities, leading from vision to effective implementation.
