Annual Latvian ICT prize “Platinum Mouse Award 2025”

The Latvian Information and Communication Technology Association (LIKTA) has launched a call to action and invites nominations for the annual Latvian ICT prize “Platinum Mouse Award 2025”. We invite businesses, state and local government organizations, cybersecurity experts, as well as teachers to submit their achievements in the digital field in order to show together how technologies make Latvia smarter, safer and more competitive.
Categories of the Latvian ICT Awards 2025
“Digital transformation of the businesses”, with the support of the Ministry of Economy;
"State digital transformation", with the support of Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development;
"Best cybersecurity initiative", with the support of the Ministry of Defence;
"Best e-teacher", with the support of the project Code4Europe and Ministry of Education and Science.
For the "Best e-teacher" category, educators in the field of formal education, who effectively use the possibilities of digital content, digital solutions and artificial intelligence in the learning process, are warmly encouraged to apply.
The evaluation of nominations will be carried out by a representative jury composed of experts from the public and private sectors, as well as leading journalists.

Applications for the “Platinum Mouse Award 2025" can be submitted electronically until 10:00 am on November 3, 2025, on LIKTA website, where you can also find the full award specifications. The winners will be announced at the LIKTA annual conference on 4 December 2025.
The “Platinum Mouse Award” is being awarded since 2007 with the aim of recognizing the most successful digital solutions created in Latvia. Meaningful use of technology in the society, business, administration and education contributes to both overall economic and social growth and opens up new opportunities for businesses in a wide range of sectors, as well as for all citizens.
