Spain faces a structural challenge: the demand for digital professionals is growing at a much higher rate than the education system is capable of generating. Technology professions continue to carry significant gender and cultural biases. Many girls lose interest in STEM disciplines from an early age due to a lack of female referents, social stereotypes, and the perception that technology is a predominantly male environment.
