The European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC), in collaboration with the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, is developing DigComp 3.0, the latest update of the European Digital Competence Framework for Citizens.

To ensure that the framework reflects the needs of various stakeholders, JRC is hosting a stakeholder consultation in April 2025. The consultation will take place through two 90-minute online sessions:

  • Thursday, 10 April 2025, 14:30–16:00

  • Friday, 11 April 2025, 10:00–11:30

The sessions, held in English via WebEx, will include interactive discussions and Slido questions. About a week before the consultation, participants will receive a background document outlining the main proposed changes. Those unable to attend the live sessions can still contribute by registering their interest, as written feedback opportunities will be available later in April. To participate, fill in the DigComp 3.0 Stakeholder Consultation Registration Form, the JRC DigComp 3.0 publication will acknowledge all participating stakeholders, subject to their consent.

Don't miss this opportunity! Registration is open until Friday, 4 April.
