Residents identify the most popular eGovernment services
According to a 2025 study commissioned by the State Agency for Digital Solutions, the following eGovernment services were the most popular among the population: income tax declaration service, which accounted for 55% of all respondents, health-related services (information on the provision of services in different hospitals, registration with health professionals) 44%, car registration service 22%, personal documents (passports, identity cards, driving licences) service 20%, job search service 17%, birth and marriage certificates service 15% of all respondents.
Growing Engagement with Public Digital Platforms
47% visited the e-government portal www.epaslaugos.lt.
