This Blueprint will facilitate commercialisation of publicly funded research results by providing universities and public research organisations with practical guidance on: Licensing academic IP to third partiesRoyalty and revenue sharingEquity participation in academic spinoffsIncentives for researchersAnd moreThe survey aims to collect views on a discussion paper – developed on the basis of stakeholder workshops and the findings of independent expert reports – that will propose key elements of the EU Blueprint. The input collected will be crucial to help finalise this Commission guidance. Stakeholders interested in helping shape the EU Blueprint (universities and PROs, tech transfer professionals, researchers and founders, innovative companies, investors, public authorities) are invited to access the discussion paper and share their views here.
