Winners announced for the Digital Carrier 2025 competition
On 19 June, the final event of the national contest “Digital Book Carrier 2025” took place in Vilnius, where the most advanced Lithuanian digital solutions creating value were announced. The competition is organised by the State Digital Solutions Agency to assess and publicise technological solutions that contribute to solving societal challenges, digitalise public services, strengthen citizen engagement or promote sustainability.
Every year, the competition brings together innovative organisations, start-ups and creators who shape digital Lithuania with their solutions. This year's final event was not limited to awards, but also included presentations and discussions on artificial intelligence, data use, responsible digital innovation and the directions of state digitalisation.
Out of nearly 70 applications, the national jury selected eight of the best solutions in these categories, which will soon represent Lithuania as a whole in the international World Summit Awards organised by the United Nations.
- Health and well-being: eHealth is a national mobile app that allows all of us to conveniently access our health data, ePrescriptions, referrals and register with doctors.
Android/iOS - Government and citizen engagement: Apgink.lt is an AI tool developed by active, young and proactive citizens to help each of us find a way to contribute to the security and defence of our country.

https://editai.co/ - Environment and green energy: TNAP is a digital system developed by the Agricultural Data Centre to help farmers develop science-based and accurate fertilisation plans that respect the soil.
- Culture and heritage: Roots of Lithuania – an interactive map with an AI guide, visuals and routes to discover Lithuanian heritage around the world.
https://ltroots.lt - Smart settlements and urbanisation: TripCare is a route planning system that optimises ride-hailing services for socially vulnerable groups of the population.
- Business and Commerce: DocLogix Portal is a document management system for small and medium-sized enterprises that makes work faster, safer and more efficient.

These solutions will represent Lithuania in the World Summit Awards (WSA) global competition, where technological innovations focused on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals are competing in more than 180 countries.

The “Digital Book Carrier” is the national selection phase of the World Summit Awards in Lithuania, organised by the State Agency for Digital Solutions together with partners. The competition not only drives innovation, but also helps digital solution developers to join the international community, get feedback from experts and reach a wider audience.
