digi.well - Self-assessment Tool on Digital Wellbeing

The digi.well self-assessment tool is a great first step to strengthen digital well-being in your school. Structured in the form of a guided survey, the tool equips teachers with the necessary knowledge on digital well-being to reflect on current teaching and learning methods and unlock practical insights for creating a healthier digital environment for the entire school community.

About this tool

The tool is available in four languages: English, Portuguese, Serbian and Slovenian. It incorporates an Action Plan with next steps for users, who have completed the assessment, and includes built-in instructions for easier work.

The digi.well project (A whole-school approach to well-being in a digital world), is a 24-month project, funded by the European Union, and coordinated by European Schoolnet that aims to explore, develop and foster a whole-school approach to well-being in a digital world. To do this, the project builds upon an in-depth understanding of the needs of children, young people, teachers and a wider range of school professionals, while developing and implementing a set of self-assessment, capacity building and outreach tools.
