Online4EDU Collaboration Skills Barometer Created byGalina MISHEVA|Updated27 July 2024The online barometer, created by the Online4EDU project, is available in 5 European languages (English, Estonian, German, Latvian, and Lithuanian), provides an easy-to-use tool for self-assessing digital and online collaboration skills. The tool tests users' skills across three areas: overall knowledge of online collaboration tools, webinars and mobile collaboration tools. Designed for teachers, the self-assessment tool introduces online collaboration activities and tools in education. On a broader level, the Online4EDU project aimed to support teachers who want to develop their information technology (IT) skills and encourage them to apply digital media in school activities. Given the potential of digital media and online applications to enrich and expand teaching and learning, the Online4EDU project encourages learner-to-learner cooperation and offers practical tips to teachers across subjects on how to encourage the development of these skills.
