The Advanced Training Programme in Immersive Technologies and Artificial Intelligence is an international online programme developed within the Virtual Innovation Consortium (VIC), an EU-backed initiative supported by the Digital Europe Programme of the European Union, which tackles the gap in advanced digital skills by focusing on Extended Reality (XR) - including Augmented (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). The project brings together universities, research institutions, vocational education and training (VET) providers, and industry leaders to deliver cutting-edge training in immersive technologies. 

About this course

This programme addresses the growing demand for advanced digital skills in immersive technologies, providing specialised training in Extended Reality (XR), Artificial Intelligence and the design of immersive systems.

It follows a flexible online format, combining asynchronous learning materials, live synchronous sessions, and project-based activities. It is designed for professionals and graduates seeking to upskill or reskill in the fields of XR and AI.
