About this course

The course highlights common warning signs of social engineering attacks, explains how malware and ransomware disrupt organisations, and helps learners identify critical digital assets and weak points within SME environments. Practical examples and scenario-based activities guide participants through simple actions that can significantly reduce cyber risk. All learning activities are self-paced and fully online, requiring no prior cybersecurity knowledge. The course includes knowledge checks and interactive exercises designed to reinforce learning through realistic SME scenarios.

Learning outcomes
