Introduction to DataBases (CYBER PRO TRAIN)

This course offers a foundational Introduction to DataBases (relational database systems), covering their purpose, core functions, and significance in computing.

It begins with an overview and the historical evolution of relational database systems, tracing their development from abacus to modern multi-user and real-time environments. Key concepts such as its definition and its function will also be covered. The course also examines the structure of relational database systems in line with transactional processing, security, relational data structures and provides a clear understanding of the purpose and management of a relational database engine.
