Introduction to Electronics (DIGITWIN4CIUE)

Introduction to Electronics is a massive open online course (MOOC) developed by EUCEDIC, the European Center Of Excellence in Digitalization of Infrastructures and Cities in the context of the Digital Twins for Complex Infrastructures and Urban Ecosystems (DIGITWIN4CIUE) project. 

About this course 

This MOOC provides a practical introduction to electronics for engineers and multidisciplinary professionals. It covers basic components and circuits, analogue and digital principles, power management, and the role of electronics in IoT and smart infrastructure contexts. The course enables learners to interpret circuit diagrams, understand sensor interfacing, and collaborate effectively with electrical engineering teams on integrated infrastructure projects.

1. Introduction
2. Devices and Circuits
3. Analog Electronics
4. Digital Electronics
5. Power systems

Key topics and themes include circuits, signals, sensors, and digital systems.
