PMI Project Management Office Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP)™ Exam Prep Course is the official preparation course from the Project Management Institute (PMI) for professionals working in or leading project management offices (PMOs) and planning to take the PMI-PMOCP™ certification examination.

Developed by PMO experts, the on-demand course shows how to turn a PMO into a value-driven business partner. It covers customer needs, organisational maturity, PMO strategy, governance, services, performance and value delivery, structured around PMI’s PMO Value-Driven Flywheel. The course provides the ten hours of training required for the PMI-PMOCP™ certification and awards ten professional development units (PDUs).

The course combines multimedia lessons, a guided review of the PMI-PMOCP™ Exam Content Outline and structured independent-study activities. It is delivered online and learners progress at their own pace. The course is available in English, Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish and Simplified Chinese. The course costs USD 200, or USD 160 for PMI members.
