Co-funded by the European Commission’s European Digital and Health Executive Agency (HaDEA), it aimed to support the acquisition of AI and cybersecurity skills by SME staff and job seekers. Several training courses helped develop workers’ digital skills in 2 key areas: cybersecurity and AI. The project was launched in January 2023 and ran until January 2026, developed in three countries: France, Belgium and Spain.Tech Time 2 Skill is led by a consortium of 3 training organisations: Simplon.co in France, Becode in Belgium and Factoria F5 in Spain, and by partner companies and business networks (PIMEC, Agoria, Agence du Numérique as part of Digital Wallonia, Microsoft).The partnersAgoria and Agence du Numérique in Belgium and PIMEC in Spain aim to promote training initiatives and, more specifically, to identify the organisations in their networks that wish to participate first in the acculturation and capacity building workshops, and/or that wish to participate in the training courses for employment as professionals to talk about their profession.Becode, Simplon.co, and Factoria F5 organise and deliver the training courses.The trainings Training 1: Unleash the potential of AIThis one-day training course will help participants acquire knowledge to boost their company’s productivity. The course will be delivered to groups of 12-20 participants, targeted towards Directors, decision-makers and managers of small and medium-sized businesses in all sectors. The course is available in a hybrid format and no prerequisites are required.
