Agenția Națională a Funcționarilor Publici (ANFP) is a public institution of the central public administration, subordinated to the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration, whose responsibilities, according to GEO no. 57/2019 and GD no. 785/2022, include: management of the civil service and civil servants; regulation of the civil service; elaboration of competency frameworks; monitoring and control of activities relating to the civil service and civil servants; provision of specialized assistance to human resources departments in all public institutions and managing the implementation of reforms, investments and specific objectives of the components of the NRRP under its responsibility.
