CS VISOR is a Germany-based cybersecurity education provider and IT security company dedicated to strengthening Europe’s digital resilience. As both a Cybersecurity Academy and security services provider, we support individuals, organisations and public institutions in developing the skills, processes and capabilities needed for modern cyber defence.
Through our Cyber Academy, we specialise in hands-on, workforce-ready training, including our flagship Cybersecurity Analyst Immersion & Apprenticeship Programme, which combines structured knowledge transfer with real Security Operations Center (SOC) experience and career coaching. To date, we have supported 1,000+ hired graduates globally, including 270+ women, with strong employer networks across the EU and USA.
As a member of the EU Cyber Skills Academy Industry–Academia Network, CS VISOR contributes to closing the cybersecurity talent gap through free and subsidised training initiatives. By 2027, we will provide 1,500 pro bono training places, including:
Women in Cyber Initiative – 500 women trained in IT & cybersecurity foundations
ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS Foundations & EU NIS2 – 250 participants
ISO 31000 Risk Management Foundations – 250 participants
ISO/IEC 42001 AI Management Foundations + EU AI Act Awareness – 250 participants
Beyond education, CS VISOR delivers consulting, vCISO services, penetration testing, managed security services (MSSP/MDR), risk and compliance assessments, and OT/IoT security. Our integrated People–Product–Process (3P) model supports organisations in building sustainable cyber resilience.
We actively collaborate with universities, enterprises, NGOs, public institutions and EU-funded consortia to advance cybersecurity capacity building, develop joint curricula, and support talent mobility across Europe.
