Fundación Atresmedia is the corporate foundation of the largest communication group in Spain, which operates in the television, radio, cinema, and online sectors, among others.
The mission of Fundación Atresmedia is focused on the media, information and digital literacy of children and young people, to facilitate their personal and civic development in the information society.
The Foundation pursues the following purposes of general interest:
- Protect children and young people, by defending their rights, needs and interests.
- Contribute to the enrichment of the relationship between minors and the media, transferring to children and young people the corporate purpose of Grupo Atresmedia "We believe in the power of reflection and emotion", by promoting research actions, awareness, entertainment, education and learning, aimed at promoting critical thinking, creativity and values, to facilitate their personal and civic development within the framework of the information society.
- Collaborate in the promotion of media literacy, involving society in said objective, raising awareness and generating a social transformation in this matter.
